Return & Refund Policy Cancellations must be requested via email within 48 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Beyond this period, deposits are strictly non-refundable due to boarding costs.

Returns are only considered if significant health issues are verified by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
